Registration
Registration is possible at the conference web page (www.irfc.eu) or by filling the registration form and sending it by fax or mail.
Participants must register before Friday, 15 February 2008. The number of participants is limited.
Conference fee
Conference delegate: € 690
Registration until 15 January 2008: € 630
All prices are exclusive of 19% VAT.
After receiving your registration, we will confirm it and send you an invoice for the fee. Payment must be received prior to the event. (In case we do not receive your payment by the date of expiry of the invoice, we will notice you and subsequently, your registration could be cancelled.)
The fee includes
- Entry to the conference
- Conference proceedings
- Refreshments during breaks including lunch and dinners
- Excursion with transportation on 7 March 2008
Cancellations
Where cancellations are submitted after 5 February 2008, a cancellation charge of € 200 + VAT will be incurred. The full fee will be charged for cancellations received after 20 February 2008. If a participant is unable to attend, a substitute may take part instead.
